Our Free Plan (£0) allows users to browse and view profiles. As no payment is involved, this plan is non-refundable.
2. Premium Subscription
The Premium Plan (£30 per month) provides full access to messaging, connections, and enhanced profile features.
3. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Law)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your Premium subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not started using Premium features.
By actively using Premium features (such as sending messages or initiating connections), you acknowledge that the digital service has begun and your right to a full refund may be reduced or lost.
4. Refund Eligibility After 14 Days
Refunds after the cooling-off period are only granted in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges due to a technical error
- Severe service issues preventing Premium access that remain unresolved within 48 hours
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You cancel after actively using Premium features
- You change your mind after the 14-day cooling-off period
- Your account is restricted or removed due to violation of our Terms
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused days unless required by law.
